1600 hrs – General Assembly Meeting – Technical University (the subject matter will particularly cover work package leader reports and an open discussion on the outline sustainability plan for RFID in Europe in the future: Mr Friess has also invited the other EU sponsored RFID projects to participate and they will give a short presentation to the General Assembly.)
Tuesday March 29th
Full day Researcher and Academic conference 09.00h to 16.30h
0900 hrs – 1200 hrs – exhibitors build their stands
1200 hrs – exhibition opens – through to 1800 hrs
1400 hrs – SME conference opening ceremony (participants – EU, Czech Government, Czech Post)
2000 hrs – Conference dinner – Czech folkloric evening – Crowne Plaza Hotel
Wednesday March 30th
SME conference programme “RFID – Future” 0900 hrs – 1630 hrs
Exhibition opened – 0900 – 1800 hrs
Government reception in exhibit area – 1730 hrs
Czech folkloric dinner and entertainment – 2000 hrs

Government workshop – 0900 hrs – 1630 hrs
